There is an increasing group of us who have to stick to a glutenfree diet. When I got the diagnosis, coeliaki, there were very few glutenfree products available on the market. Therefore I decided to develop a range of gluten free products that would taste as 'normal' products as much as  possible. The main idea behind the OLDA assortment is for it to be suitable for many different diets and at the same time be so tasty that even consumers without a restricted diet can have pleasure of them.
