Naturally gluten free Sponge Cake Mix for simple and quick baking, especially for those that are new with the glutenfree diet or are in a hurry. You just simply cannot go wrong!
 
Basic recipe for Sponge Cake - Cake mix
1-1.5 dl oil or liquid margarine
3 eggs
1 bag Sponge Cake - Cake mix
margarine and OLDA Rice Porridge or Breadcrumbs for the baking-tin
 
Whisk the eggs, carefully stir in 1 bag of cake mix and fat (and if desired, flavourings according to our recipes). Bake at 175-200°C for approx. 30 min. For more information see our collection of recipes.

                                              sodium bicarbonate + E450a sodium phosfate.
